Remarkable Full Red PR65 1867 Indian Cent
1867 1C PR65 Red PCGS. As with most proofs from the 1860s and 1870s, full red examples are very difficult to locate, especially in Gem condition. Only 11 other pieces have been so graded by PCGS, and none are finer (12/09). The surfaces on this piece are medium red, actually borderline cherry-red. The devices are crisp throughout, and there are no mentionable contact marks on either side.From The Five Point Collection.(Registry values: N4719)
