C. Servilius C.f. (ca. 57/53 BC). AR denarius (18mm, 3.81 gm, 5h). NGC Choice VF 4/5 - 3/5, light marks. Rome. FLORAL•PRIMVS (AL and MV ligate), head of Flora right, wreathed with flowers, wearing pendant earring and pendant necklace, ornate hair in jeweled chignon at back of head, with some loose curls behind; lituus right behind / C•SERVEIL•-C•F (RVE ligate), two soldiers standing facing one another, both with upright sword in right hand, shield in left, scabbard on hip. Crawford 423/1. Sydenham 890. Servilia 15. Crawford (57 BC), Hersh/Walker (58 BC). Fired toning along rim.
