Description
Noteworthy Superb Gem 1999 Cent, Struck on a Struck Dime
1999 Lincoln Cent--Double Denomination on Struck 10C--MS67 PCGS. A carefully preserved, lightly peach-toned representative of the ever-popular "11 cents" error, which results when a struck dime enters a press meant for cents and is struck again. The obverses and reverses appear on the same side, with Lincoln superimposed on an upside-down portrait of Roosevelt. A surprising and appealing error.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22K2, PCGS# 3154, Greysheet# 2319)
