Description

Victoria Specimen 1 Cent 1859 DP N9 T2 SP65 Brown PCGS, Royal mint, KM1. Double-Punched Narrow 9 Type 2. Superbly struck, with mirrored fields. The obverse has reddish-brown patina with bluish highlights, while the reversehas noticeable golden mint color intermingled with the red, blue and brown patina. Even though PCGS only lists this piece on the holder as a Narrow 9, it is readily identifiable as a Double-Punched Narrow 9 Type 2.
