Stunning Brilliant Red Specimen Cent

George V Specimen 1 Cent 1929 SP66+ Red PCGS, Ottawa mint, KM28. An absolutely stunning example of a George V Specimen small Cent. The color is bright golden, just as the day it left the mint. The strike is superb and the surfaces exhibit no noticeable contact marks. A few tiny spots are visible under magnification, but these appear to possibly be in the thin layer of lacquer applied by the Ottawa mint to most of their Specimen Cents of this vintage. Truly exceptional in appearance and the single finest Specimen Cent of this date certified by PCGS.
