Simply phenomenal and undeniably choice, this very rare one-year type quickly escalates to an entirely different tier when found in Mint State grades, especially when so lofty as this, currently standing as the single-finest of the type yet certified by NGC. On the visual level, it can hardly be said that anything is left wanting, the scene of the twin dragons exceptionally elegant and graced with a russet red-gold and champagne cabinet tone that both lightens the fields and contours the edges of the devices.
