Century-Old Provenance

1821 1C N-2, R.1, MS62 Brown PCGS. CAC. Ex: Great Pacific Collection. Golden-brown, olive, and chocolate toning are blended on both sides of this pleasing Mint State example that ranks as the sixth finest (tied) 1821 N-2 cent in Noyes census. The satin surfaces are lightly reflective and show only minuscule handling marks. This cent has a strong strike with nearly full details, and excellent eye appeal, also boasting a provenance dating back more than 100 years.
