Description

Pedro I 960 Reis 1823-R AU58 NGC, Rio de Janeiro mint, KM368.1, LMB-504a, Bentes-474.05. "IGNO" in reverse legend and 28 tulips variety. Borderline Mint State with only slight wisps of handling evident to the high relief tulips, while the lower-lying surfaces and motifs and virtually untouched. Shadows of a notable Ferdinand VII protrude from the central devices, making for an especially interesting example of this variety.
