1794 1C Head of 1794, S-22, B-6, R.1 -- Tooled -- NGC Details. AU. Breen Die State VIII with a prominent crack through the 4 to Liberty's ear. Heavy mounds are visible on the reverse and give this variety its "Mounds" nickname. While sharply detailed, the surfaces have been extensively tooled, including the edge.
