Description

Othon 2 Lepta 1840 MS64 Brown NGC, Athens mint, KM14, Divo-25h. By G. Voigt. A relatively early Greek minor of indisputable conditional rarity, the present offering ranking as the finest, not only at NGC, but also at PCGS. Underlying mint red to the surfaces creates a somewhat more maroon than brown appearance, with a distinctly glossy character widely desired by collectors of copper.
