(1785) COPPER Bar Copper--Corroded--NGC Details. VF. Breen-1145, W-8520, R.4. Deep, crusty brown and steel patina is evident on both sides of this highly popular and desirable issue. Probably struck in England, these pieces were clearly intended for the new American nation. Listed on page 70 of the 2011 Guide Book.
