Description
Hohenlohe-Neuenstein-Oehringen. Johann Friedrich II Taler 1730-N MS62+ NGC, Nürnberg mint, KM33, Dav-2350. Struck for the 200th anniversary of the Augsburg Confession, this magnificent taler boasts glassy, lustrous fields, decorated in a charming array of iridescent olive-green and golden hues. A minute and insignificant section of graffiti is noted within the lion's tail purely for accuracy, though appears so inconspicuous as to be barely noticeable. A taler of near-medallic presentation, and a beautiful representative of 18th century European coinage.Metal: Silver
Diameter: 40mm
