1972 Eisenhower Dollar, MS66
Type Two, FS-901
1972 $1 Type Two, FS-901, MS66 PCGS. Three variants of the
1972 Eisenhower dollar are identified as Type One, Type Two, and
Type Three. The moon incorporated into the reverse design has a
different appearance on each type. For all three types combined,
PCGS has certified 94 examples in MS66, including nine that are
graded MS66+, with none numerically finer (10/24). The Type Two
variant offered here has the lowest population of those three
types. The satiny gray luster of this Premium Gem hosts delicate
