Bestowed with both a "plus" and a "star" designation by NGC, and certified at the highest grade yet seen by either NGC or PCGS, it is no exaggeration to say that this is, quite literally, the finest certified example of the type that one could possibly find. This distinction is absolutely deserved, the fields being decidedly Prooflike and free of even any significant distracting marks or contact, the devices expressed with clarity down to even the often "flat" locks of hair in George's bust. A laudable coin in every respect.
