Description
1796 1C Liberty Cap -- Environmental Damage -- PCGS Genuine. VF Details. S-83, B-4, R.4. Only a faint trace of the crack through ERTY is evident on this intermediate die state specimen. Dark olive surfaces exhibit splashes of tan on each side, with uniform roughness over the obverse and reverse. A few old scratches and trivial handling marks are also visible. Our EAC grade VG10.Purchased from Tom Reynolds (7/1989).
