1943-S Quarter, MS68
Finest Example Certified at PCGS
1943-S 25C MS68 PCGS. CAC. This is the only MS68 certified
by PCGS of this important wartime issue -- and this isn't a coin
that "just made it." It is solid for the grade with eye appeal to
spare. A couple of small abrasions are present, but it will require
both magnification as well as patience to locate them. In addition
to the technical preservation of the surfaces, both obverse and
reverse display a long arc of deep sea-green and golden-brown
toning on the right portion of each side. Exceptional quality and a
coin that is sure to bring a record price.Ex: Long Beach Signature (Heritage, 9/2003), lot 6894.
