Description

Nassau. Adolph Gulden 1846 MS66 NGC, Wiesbaden mint, KM64, C-60. Mintage: 47,646. A wholly engaging specimen and while not as sought-after as its largest denomination 2 Gulden counterpart, holds its own among collectors of Nassau issues. Emboldened by a backdrop of peach tones that upon illumination, highlight a complete lack of distracting marks. Of the two currently occupying NGC's census, this ranks as the finest by three full grade points.
