Capped Bust Type Coin

1831 25C Small Letters, B-4, R.1, MS63 PCGS. The usual radial die crack extends upward from the reverse rim through the C in 25C. This is a pleasing Mint State Capped Bust type coin, showing well-defined stars and bold central devices. Russet and olive-gold toning in the margins lightens toward the centers, attesting to the originality of the surfaces. Minimal abrasions are seen.
