Jeanne & Wenceslas gold Pieter d'Or ND (1355-1383) MS61 NGC, Louvain mint, Fr-11, Delm-45 (R). +WЄnCЄLΛVS: T : IOhΛnΛ x | x DЄI: GRΛ: BRΛB: DVCЄS (saltire and double saltire stops), half-length figure of St. Peter facing with a key in his left hand and a book in his right above quartered arms of Limburg, Brabant, and Luxembourg; all within a tressure of arches with lis on the cusps and trefoils in the spandrels / + XPC: VIИCIT: XPC: RЄGИΛT: XPC: IMPЄRΛT, cross fleurée with rosette in center. A beautiful Low Countries type, well-preserved and should be very desirable in Mint State.
