Description

George IV Proof Crown 1826 PR62 PCGS, KM699 (Rare), S-3806, ESC-2336 (R), L&S-28. SEPTIMO edge. Mintage: 150. Dressed in a soft steel patina over reflective surfaces, graphite accents contouring George's bust and contributing an accentuating effect to the sharp strike. A balanced patina is expressed across the entirety of the reverse fields, a blanket of pewter giving way to soft cupric coloration when tilted to an angle under light. An appealing and covetable Mint State representative of this Proof crown rarity.

Metal: Silver
Diameter: 37.5mm
