1797 1C Reverse of 1797, No Stems XF45 NGC. S-131, B-27, R.3. A faint vertical die crack appears in the right obverse field, along with the ubiquitous die break at the upper left. Pleasing medium olive surfaces exhibit minimal handling marks on each side. Del Bland grades this coin VF30, tied for 11th finest in his census. Bill Noyes suggests VF25 and tied for 12th finest. Our EAC grade VF25.
