1878-CC $1 MS66 PCGS. VAM-9. The CC mintmark is high and
tilted right. Liberty's hair curls and the eagle's breast feathers
display complete design detail, while the talons, olive leaves, and
fletchings exhibit a bit of trivial softness. This Premium Gem
Carson City Morgan from the first year of issue remains fully
brilliant and frosty without any marks of note. PCGS reports seven
