1794 1C Head of 1794, S-41, B-30, R.3, XF45 NGC. Ex: Carlyle Luer Collection. Breen Die State III with a crack through the D in UNITED but no crack visible between the A and T of STATES. This piece has attractive chocolate and mahogany surfaces with minor surface marks on each side as expected for the grade. Slight surface roughness is only evident under magnification. This piece is tied with several others for seventh finest in Del Bland's Condition Census. Our EAC grade VF30.
