Basel. Free Imperial City gold "Interregnum" Goldgulden ND (1438) VF25 NGC, Fr-5, HMZ-2-49c. 3.33gm. A rare variety of the more common Fr-6 type, struck without name, produced during the 1438 interregnum. Struck on a flan of good quality, with easily legible legends.
