1914-S 25C MS63 PCGS. Possibly as little as 5% of the population of this San Francisco issue survives across all Mint State grade levels. This example was boldly struck from freshly polished dies, but it also exhibits grade-limiting hairlines that explain the totally bright surfaces. Lustrous and scarcely found so fine. Population: 15 in 63 (1 in 63+), 45 finer (11/18).(Registry values: N1793)
