1912 $10 MS65 NGC. Most Mint State 1912 Indian eagles grade in the MS61 to MS64 range. The date is scarce in MS65, and finer examples are rare. The 1912 is, overall, a moderately challenging issue in the Indian eagle series. This Gem displays luminous, satiny peach-gold luster and well-defined design elements. Well-struck devices complement the grade. Census: 62 in 65 (2 in 65+), 15 finer (5/23).(Registry values: N4719)
