Nearly Brilliant, High-Grade Type Coin

1832 H10C V-6, LM-13, R.3, MS66 PCGS. The T in UNITED is rotated counter clockwise, and star 12 is recut at its outer points. As always, the lower loop of 8 is filled. The obverse is mostly prooflike on this sharply struck LM-13 Premium Gem, which shows just a hint of blending on the left shield border. A whisper of gold toning at the margins surrounds the lustrous, silver-gray surfaces. A total of 14 die marriages exist for the 1832 issue, with a mintage of 965,000 pieces for all varieties combined. Population (all varieties): 46 in 66, 12 finer (10/17).
