1939 5C Reverse of 1940 PR67 PCGS. CAC. A fully struck
Reverse of 1940 proof with ice-blue toning that shows wisps of gold
and lavender when tilted beneath a light. The reverse is modestly
contrasted. This issue is elusive in PR67 and almost unknown finer.
Cameos are prohibitively rare for most collectors. Population: 79
