Description

1895-O $10 MS63 PCGS. Variety 2. This date was formerly rare in MS63 but a number of nice examples have been repatriated to the U.S. coin market after years abroad in overseas bank holdings. This date is still unknown finer than MS63+ and nice MS63s have dropped enough in value for many collectors to consider this date in a grade they may have shunned as recently as five years ago. The present example displays luminous, frosty mint luster and rich wheat-gold color.
