seal, card included. The remnants of an undertype 7 are barely
visible below the final 8 in the date on this very rare overdate
issue. Most of the letters in LIBERTY are still legible on close
inspection and the pleasing medium brown surfaces are lightly
abraded for the grade. Population: 2 in 15, 16 finer
