1888 25C PR66+ Cameo NGC. Briggs 2-B, the proof die pair. This high-end Cameo is brilliant in the centers with rings of lavender and ocean-blue around the circumference on each side. Several stars are incompletely struck, but the central devices are sharp. Eye appeal is pleasing.
