British India. Victoria gold Mohur 1841.-(c) AU58 NGC, Calcutta mint, KM462.1, S&W-3.7. Type A obverse, Type I reverse. W.W. incuse on truncation, plain 4 (without serif). Among the most admired British India types, seeing high premiums even in conditions approaching Mint State. Offering a straw-gold appearance with glints of mint bloom and gentle handling commensurate with grade. Difficult to procure finer without a significant jump in price.Metal: Gold
