Description

1892-CC Morgan Dollar, MS65
Beautifully Toned CC-Mint Gem

1892-CC $1 MS65 PCGS. Untoned, silver centers are ringed with golden-russet and russet-brown, then dark rose, and finally electric-blue and sage-green at the periphery. No abrasions are immediately visible, luster is original, and strike is strong. The entire population of this issue had been distributed by the time of the 1962-1964 GSA sales, and it is scarce in the highest grades, with only 51 numerically finer certifications recorded by PCGS (8/25).(Registry values: P7, N2998)
