Kirin. Kuang-hsü "Flower Basket" Dollar ND (1898) XF Details (Altered Surfaces) PCGS, Kirin mint, KM-Y183, L&M-516. Variety with fine, small scales. A sought after emission, represented by a gently circulated piece with mottled charcoal toning that has completely avoided the peripheries, leaving them quite pale in comparison.
