1860-O H10C MS67★ NGC. V-3. Gorgeous pale-yellow and seafoam-blue transitions into russet-orange and peach towards the center. The final design type of half dimes was the Legend Obverse type (1860-1873). It was only struck in New Orleans in 1860, making this issue a one-year type coin. At the MS67 level, it becomes an important conditional rarity, with only 12 examples certified between PCGS and NGC in addition to one in 67+ from PCGS and 3 in 67 from NGC (3/25).
