One-sided prooflike examples of the 1878-CC Morgan dollar are frequently encountered, but examples like the present piece with both sides mirrored are much scarcer. This Choice specimen has deeply mirrored fields with excellent contrast. Iridescent splashes are confined to the peripheries.(Registry values: P4, N991)
