Beautiful 1861 Seated Dime, MS66
1861 10C MS66 NGC. Type Two Obverse. The subtle differences between the Type One and Type Two obverse styles are mostly easily viewed by noting the number of shield lines above the scroll of LIBERTY. The Type One obverse has five lines above the scroll, and the Type Two obverse has six lines. This sharply defined Premium Gem has intense gold, violet, blue, and emerald toning with frosty underlying luster.
