Description

1882 Seated Dime, PR67
Multicolor Patination

1882 10C PR67 NGC. CAC. F-101, R.3. The Mint coined 1,100 proof dimes in 1882, of which several hundred have been certified by NGC and PCGS, mostly in the PR62 to PR65 grade range. This is a particularly nice Superb Gem that displays modest field-motif contrast, and razor-sharp devices. Delicate iridescent blue, violet, gold, and green toning bathes each side. Impeccably preserved surfaces add to the overall eye appeal. Census: 16 in 67 (1 in 67 ), 5 finer (7/15).
