S-57, Scarce Early Die State
1794 1C Head of 1794, S-57, B-55, R.1, VF35 PCGS. Breen Die
State I, "rare", with clash marks on both sides, and without
"trenches" on the field near the profile or above the C in AMERICA.
The "Button On Cap" variety. A lovely medium brown representative.
Evenly defined and without consequential marks, although a tiny
nick on the obverse rim at 3 o'clock is mentioned as an identifier.
