High-Contrast Surfaces, Colorful Toning
1862 3CS PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. Splashes of orange, red,
violet, and crimson patina appear along the upper obverse and lower
reverse borders. The rest of this high-contrast PR66 Cameo
representative features pale golden-orange toning over flashy
fields and frosty devices. From a mintage of 550 proofs -- a
dramatic reduction compared to the previous year's total.
