Vibrant Multicolor Toning
1908-D 50C MS66+ PCGS. CAC. Exquisite cherry-red,
olive-green, and butter-gold toning embraces this lustrous and
attractive half dollar. The portrait is remarkably free from
contact, and a lens reveals only negligible contact elsewhere. The
strike shows minor blending on the fletchings and a couple of
obverse stars. Population: 12 in 66 (3 in 66+), 4 finer. CAC: 10 in
