Description

1909 Half Dollar, PR66 Cameo
Sharply Contrasted, Brilliant

1909 50C PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. Aside from a small amber-gold toning spot between A and R of DOLLAR on the reverse and a hint of pale-gold at the margins, this gleaming proof is untoned and starkly brilliant. The raised devices display mint frost that contrast with glassy fields for the designated Cameo contrast. Fully struck and appealing, this 1909 half measures up to the other Premium Gems we have handled in the past, a statement confirmed by the CAC endorsement label. Population: 19 in 66 Cameo, 12 finer. CAC: 5 in 66, 7 finer (5/16).(Registry values: N4719)
