1899 $20 MS65 NGC. Fully struck devices over smooth orange-gold surfaces make this a highly desirable twenty dollar gold piece from the final year of the 19th century. Frosty mint luster shines throughout, and each side of this Gem double eagle lacks singularly distracting abrasions. There are only two numerically finer examples graded at NGC, and one at PCGS (12/18).(Registry values: N4719)
