1853 1C MS66 Red PCGS. N-25, R.1. Grellman Die State b. N-25
is familiar to specialists, and attributed by the "strong
horizontal bar to right from dentils left of star 2," per Grellman.
A lustrous orange-red Premium Gem with glimpses of olive-gold on
the high points. A lens reveals only tiny marks. Encapsulated in an
old green label holder. Our EAC grade MS64. Population: 13 in 66
