1853 10C Arrows MS65 PCGS. Arrows were placed by the date to signify a weight change in 1853, and the short-lived design is extremely popular with type collectors. This is a nicely struck Gem. A lightly speckled gray patina appears on both sides of this example along with champagne and copper colors.
