Conditionally Challenging
1896 5C PR67 Cameo NGC. JD-2, Low R.3. Darkly mirrored
fields contrast with frost throughout the wreath, stars, legends,
and curls. Liberty's face and neck deny Ultra Cameo status. Minor
flan field imperfections are noted near the 1 in the date and the I
in AMERICA. The left ear of coin shows a few grains incompletely
impressed, but the strike is otherwise bold. Census: 4 in 67 Cameo,
