1912 $20 MS64 NGC. The 1912 Saint-Gaudens double eagle claims a limited mintage of 149,700 pieces. Examples are occasionally seen in MS64, but finer pieces are scarce. This impressive Choice specimen offers lustrous orange-gold surfaces and sharply detailed design elements with ample eye appeal. PCGS has graded 63 numerically finer examples (5/25).(Registry values: N2998)
