Description

1878-S $10 AU55 PCGS. The peach-gold surfaces retain some reflective luster and show only the slightest amount of wear. This 1878-S ten is well-struck, though myriad small abrasions -- typical for the issue -- are noted in the fields and on the cheek. Overall, this is a pleasing representative of an issue that is rare in Mint State. Housed in a green label holder. Population: 14 in 55 (1 in 55+), 10 finer (1/18).
