Description

1907-D Liberty Ten, MS64+
One of Two Finest at PCGS

1907-D $10 MS64+ PCGS. CAC. The second and final Denver issue of the Liberty series, the 1907-D has a higher mintage than its Colorado predecessor but is nonetheless much scarcer in Choice condition. In fact, the present piece is tied with one other for the honor of finest PCGS-certified. Although that coin is unavailable for direct comparison, it is unlikely it matches the quality of this lustrous, boldly struck, and minimally marked honey-gold near-Gem.(Registry values: N1793)
