Cameo PR66 1868 Three Cent Nickel
1868 3CN PR66 Cameo PCGS. Another low mintage early proof with only 600 pieces believed struck. This date is roughly comparable with contrast and heavy contrast to the previous year. Only 11 pieces have been so graded by PCGS with none finer (1/05). This is a deeply mirrored example with lovely oil-slick iridescence over each side.
